	Research analysis & writing Creative Family has experienced staff who are able to research and analyse the learning and training needs of your organisation. This can include gap analysis, mapping and alignment of your content and programmes to NZQA Unit Standard assessment and moderation requirements. In addition to this, we are able to research and write learning, instructional and technical content in collaboration with specialist experts to meet your needs.
	Unit standard writing and assessment development Creative Family are experienced in facilitating specialist groups or personnel to identify key skills and knowledge needed by industry and the standard to which these key skills and knowledge are needed. Creative Family is then able to write unit standards to meet these requirements and ensure the standards can be assessed appropriately.
	Course and curriculum development Creative Family has written curriculum for ITO's, PTE's and Polytechnics. This curriculum has been used to develop courses, that have then been supported with learning and assessment resources also written by Creative Family.
